50-YEARS EXPERINCE

The joint-stock company Ltd. UAB VILNIAUS VINGIO MECHANIKA, established in the year 2005 by uniting the mechanical subdivisions of UAB Vilniaus Vingis, preserved the total work experience and knowledge accumulated within the period about 50 years. After introduction new advanced methods of management and manufacturing & quality control, the Company became a self-dependent modern and flexible enterprise. 120 qualified employees are engaged at the enterprise.

The activities of UAB VILNIAUS VINGIO MECHANIKA involve the following spheres:

• Designing and manufacturing of technological equipment for molding plastics and aluminum as well as punching steel sheets.
• Complex development of projects on mechanization and automatizaton of manufacturing processes
• Designing and manufacturing of technological equipment, its assembling, repairs and maintenance
• Designing and manufacturing of non-standard equipment of stainless steel
• Manufacturing of technological outfit and equipment according to documents of the constructions provided by the client
• Manufacturing of non-standard details

Representing of other companies in Baltic Region, adapting the equipment of such companies to the requirements of a client; the warranty and post-warranty maintenance of such equipment.

The equipment designed and manufactured by the enterprise was awarded with the title “The Lithuanian Product of the Year” for many times: 1997, 1999, 2001-2004
